These terms explain the rules for using LinkMarquee. By creating an account you agree to them.
You must give us accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account, including what your teammates do.
You own what you put on your page. You give us permission to host and show it so your page works. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
Follow our acceptable use policy. We may remove pages or suspend accounts that break it, sometimes without notice when people are at risk.
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Free trials need a card and turn into a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. If a payment fails, your pages stay live for 7 days, then your account moves to the Free plan. We do not delete your content when this happens.
LinkMarquee is not built for protected health information and is not HIPAA compliant. Do not use LinkMarquee forms to collect medical conditions, diagnoses or medical history.
If you contact people who fill out your forms, you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including rules about text messages, calls and email.
We work hard to keep LinkMarquee running, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
